LTT Time In Extension, Other Stream Notifications

Mostly a few minor changes I wanted to talk about this week.

LTT Time above Chat

I've added a new (optional) feature to the extension that allows you to show the LTT Time at the top of the chat box.
It is turned off by default, but you can enable it in the extension's menu (which you can get to by clicking the wan icon in the extensions bar)

Other Stream Notifications

I've added a new notification type: "Other Stream Live Notifications"
It will allow you to get a notification when LTT starts streaming something other than WAN.

It is turned off by default, but you can enable it on the notifications page.

Accidental Imminent Show notification

If you are subscribed to notifications, you might have noticed you got an imminent notification on Wednesday for some reason.
This was due to some testing for TheWanDB (which provides floatplane live information) that accidentally leaked into the production API. To Whenplane, it made it look like the show was imminent, so it triggered a notification.
I've added checks so that if something like this happens again (on a non-wan day), it will just ignore it.
